Join me at the Memorial Art Gallery on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 3-7pm for an afternoon of energizing discussions, networking shopping and more!
A great event sponsored by Woods, Oviatt & Gilman, LLP. There will be three guest speakers; Nicole Williams, Bestselling Author & Founder of WORKS, Lauren Dixon, CEO Dixon Schwabl, Inc and Christa Carone, Chief Marketing Officer Xerox Corporation.
I will have a great opprotunity to display my artwork along with other local businesswomen. Hope to see you there!
Thank you Millie!!!

Can you answer “Yes” to any of the following?
* I have tubes of paint that I don’t use because I’m not sure how they would react with other colors!
* More than likely I have a tube or more of paint that I bought and totally forgot about!
* I tend to use the same palette over and over because I feel safe within my comfort zone?
* When I paint I pick what looks good and hope for the best!
If you answered “Yes” to any of the above and would like to know how to:
*Save money
*Save time
*Have an organized system
*Paint with confidence
*Learn about compatible palettes
*Maximize the potential of every tube in your “toolbox”
plus…
*I’ll open the window to see how masters of the past and present use intensity to their fullest potential, so can you!
*Glazing techniques
* How to showcase your watercolor painting with a new and innovative technique! Don’t miss this workshop, space is limited

Welcome to my new website! And thank you for being patient while we upgraded and refreshed the new site.
You’ll find that it’s easier to navigate around and get a better view of my artwork. I would love to hear what you think and if there’s anything I can do to continue to improve my website, let me know!

I received this question today and was wondering if my art buddies have any suggestions: “I was encouraged to buy Walnut oil as my new “now” medium for actual painting and cleaner for oil paint on the brushes. Now, I come from painting in the 60′s and we …used the combo of , linseed oil for thinning the paint and turpentine for cleaning brushes, now known to be harmful. I am so unhappy with the walnut oil that I want to return to the linseed oil and turpentine method. So, before I do this dastardly deed, i thought I would check with you, ~what do you use,~ is there a happier alternative for me?”See More
